WellCulture Institute by Ewa Stelmasiak
Founded in 2012, WellCulture Institute is a boutique firm specializing in health and wellbeing management — with a focus on strategy, culture, and leadership.
Our mission is to spread knowledge about wellbeing leadership and organizational culture, while providing consulting, training, and education for leaders.
Created by Ewa Stelmasiak, a pioneer of wellbeing leadership and culture in Poland, the company began as The Wellness Institute and has evolved into WellCulture Institute by Ewa Stelmasiak.
For over a decade, we have been shaping the wellbeing landscape in Poland by delivering innovative, evidence-based solutions aligned with international standards.
We support leaders and their teams through tailored workshops, webinars, and specialized training programs that develop the competencies needed to build healthy, engaged, and high-performing organizations.
